Indian Air Chief Offers to Upgrade Burma's Air Force Indian air force chief SP Tyagi has offered to sell the HAL Dhruv helicopter to Myanmar during his recent visit there.

He also offered to sell radar manufactured by Bart Heavy Electronics Limited.
