Once-tainted Air Force request may look rosier to Democrat-led Congress
Boeing's aerial tanker bid looks brighter now that the Democrats control the Congress. Military analysts say EADS-Northrop bid is heavily Republican and most of Boeing's tanker work is done on Democratic states.
