Raid target was al-Qa'ida No2 A Pakistan air raid on an Islamic school in a remote region of Pakistan on Monday was meant to target Ayman al-Zawahiri, No. 2 of Al-Qaeda.

The attack by helicopter gunships missed its target as Zawahiri was not among the 80 killed.
