Czech pilot reportedly not in fault of Gripen shooting in Sweden
The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration's (FMV) preliminary investigation found that a Czech Gripen pilot was not at fault when he fired at a towing aircraft instead of the target in October.
A series of errors during the setup of the firing exercise lead to the accidental shooting.
