RSAF raises training level with 3rd generation basic wings training system
Lockheed Martin will provide the RSAF with not just the Pilatus PC-21 trainer plane, which replaces the current S-211, but also a sophisticated ground-based training system.
Lorraine Martin, Vice President, Flight Solution, Lockheed Martin, says the package includes ground-based simulators, and also ejection seat trainers. A full suite of computer-based training, classroom training using the latest technology similar to what is seen in the gaming world.
