Air Force: Tanker bidding criteria won't be changed
U.S. Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne said he was satisfied with the Air Force's RFP draft for the aerial tanker and no changes are needed.
"I do not see any reason to change the evaluation criteria, and I have not been convinced that there is a reason to change the evaluation criteria," he said.
