Happy Hooligans to get 1st C-21 jet
The Happy Hooligans, who recently retired their F-16s, is expected to receive the first of eight C-21s on Monday.
Officials expect the C-21 to arrive at the N.D. Air National Guard Base, Hector International Airport, between 3 and 5 p.m. Monday.
