C-130 accident investigation board complete
A USAF C-130E crew rushing to return to their base caused a fire onboard their aircraft due to excessive use of brakes.
Three of the aircraft's four brakes failed while taxiing at Al Asad, Iraq and the fire which broke out caused extensive damage to the left side of the C-130.
