ACC officials release F-16 accident report
A USAF investigation found that an F-16 that crash on Nov. 27 20 miles northwest of Baghdad, Iraq was flying too low.

The pilot, Maj. Troy Gilbert, was conducting a strafing run when he flew too low and impacted the ground.
