German military lacks jet fuel money
German news magazine Der Spiegel said in its latest issue that Luftwaffe's latest deployment in Afghanistan could be the last.
Apparently German Tornados even lack technology to securely tell the difference between friendly and enemy planes and their pilot training does not meet NATO standards. Because of these shortcomings, NATO in the future may refuse German planes for joint missions
