India upgrades Russian jets for $700 mln - I'fax
Interfax news agency reported on Wednesday that Russia has signed a $700 million contract to replace 18 of India's Su-30Ks with newer versions.
"Several days ago Rosoboronexport signed a contract to deliver the Indian air force 18 multifunctional Su-30MKI fighters," a military source told Interfax.
