Northrop Grumman Submits KC-X Tanker Proposal to U.S. Air Force Early Northrop Grumman announced yesterday that it has submitted its proposal to the U.S. Air Force for the KC-135 Tanker Replacement Program, KC-X.

The deadline for submission is Apr. 12.
