Raytheon may lose contract bonuses
Northrop Grumman Corp. and Raytheon Co. have probably lost millions of dollars in performance bonuses for the Space Tracking and Surveillance System program due to cost overruns.
The program manager said the program is projected to run $140 million over budget.
