Tehran arms Lebanese Hizballah militia with air defense missile wing as part of war build-up
DEBKAfile Exclusive : Lebanese Hizballah militia are now armed with Iranian Sayyad 1 (Hunter), the Misagh 1 (Convention [with Allah]) and the Shahab Sagheb (Meteor) SHORADS.
DEBKAfile's military sources say the missiles have already been smuggled into Lebanon and is in Hizballah's hands.
