THAAD Test Intercepts Target Lower Than Ever Before
The recent THAAD test was done at an altitude 25 kilometers (15 miles) lower than any previous THAAD test.
The precise altitudes of the tests are classified, but the lower they are the more challenging they are, according to THAAD prime contractor Lockheed Martin.
