U-boat captain who shot down NZ VC-winner found
This is the story of an attack on German submarine U-468 by a RAF Liberator told by the German captain of the boat.
The attack took the lives of New Zealand Victoria Cross winner Lloyd Trigg and his crew as their Liberator was heavily damaged by the U-boat's anti-aircraft guns.
