RoCAF chief of staff, Maj. General Liu Chen-wu, revealed that only 54% of Taiwan's Mirage 2000-5EIs are operational while the 2000-5DIs are at 75%.
The RoCAF blamed the lack of spare parts from France for the low operational rate and hopes to improve the figure to 75% by July.
