Boeing Partner Itochu Penalized by Japanese Over Tanker Delay
An update to the Japanese KC-767 saga. Boeing's Japanese partner Itochu Corp for the project is paying an unspecified fine because the first delivery is late.
Japanese Air Force Lt. Colonel Ichiro Sato said in an e-mailed statement that the fine for late delivery 'is part of the contract.'
