Chile keen to buy HAL's Dhruv helicopters Chile has requested a Request for Proposal (RFP) from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) for the Dhruv Advanced Light Helicopter.

It has also been revealed that Bolivia will soon take delivery of two Dhruv helicopters.
