Crash copter 'had various faults'
An inquest into the crash of a RAF Puma helicopter in Iraq on Jul. 19, 2004 was told that the type of helicopter suffer from various 'vices'.

Flt Lt Daniel Brook who survived the crash said the helicopter ran out of power when it turned downwind.

An attempt to increase power failed as Puma helicopters has a delay in power reaching the rotor blades when controls are changed.
