DoD official supports space radar despite budget challenges
James Clapper, Pentagon's under-secretary for intelligence, said he believes the Space Radar program is needed and on track to succeed despite its funding challenges.
Clapper said he believes Space Radar will have enough capacity to assist spymasters and battle commanders in giving them an eye-in-the-sky view.
