A dogfight in Indian arms bazaar Rite Approach Limited, an Austrian company, has gone to court charging Russian helicopter Kazan for failing to honor a commitment to pay a commission for a helicopter deal with India.



Rite Approach said it was entitled to a 16% commission for the sale of 16 Mi-17 helicopters to India.

The money however was given to Rosbornoexport.
