F-16 flies at Red Flag-Alaska with Edwards-tested upgrades
Pilots and flight test engineers from Edwards Air Force Base attended Red Flag-Alaska recently to test out the new M4.1 software for the F-16.
The software was tested at Edwards in 2005 but Red Flag-Alaska allows them to test it in a combat environment.
