GAO urges better teamwork on Defense Department spy tech programs
The U.S. Government Accountability Office said the Pentagon needs better military teamwork as it embarks on $28 billion in upcoming spy technology projects.

GAO recommends a new "single point of accountability" for funding decisions on programs like Space Radar, Aerial Common Sensor and a group of new surveillance drones.
