Lockheed Martin offers Air Force fixed-price proposal for C-5s
Lockheed Martin on Thursday offered the U.S. Air Force a so-called firm fixed price contract for overhauling 108 C-5s.
Lockheed argued that the cost of re-engineering the C-5 would cost $11.6 billion after adjustments.
