Marine Harrier jet crashes into Indian Ocean
An AV-8B from VMFA-513 crashed into the Indian Ocean at 8:40 p.m. local time Friday.
The aircraft was flying from the USS Bonhomme Richard on a routine training mission at the time of the accident.
The pilot escaped with superficial injuries.
