Military takes step back from Christian event
The U.S. Air Force and the Army have partially distanced themselves from a three-day evangelical Christian event this weekend at a Georgia theme park after complaints by a government watchdog group.
Americans United for Separation of Church and State told Air Force Secretary Michael W. Wynne and Acting Secretary of the Army Pete Geren that their services' extensive cooperation in the event would be unconstitutional.
