RAND: Study possible training cuts carefully
A report by RAND's Project Air Force warned that the service needs to consider how much on-the-job training it wants to cut on the number of days airmen spend in technical schools.
The study found that the Air Force would save money and increase productivity by adding 10 days to technical school training instead of expecting airmen to learn skills by on-the-job training.
