Russia does not mind refusing from a billion dollars contract
Russia is going ahead with plans to shift production of IL-76 military transport planes to Ulyanovsk from Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
This will allow Russia to resume the stalled contract to deliver 34 Il-76MD military transport aircraft and four Il-78 tankers to China.
