Russia says will not work with U.S. on missile shield
Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov said on Wednesday that Russia has no intention of cooperating with the United States for a missile defense shield in Europe.
"We are not going to cooperate against ourselves," he told a news conference.
