South Korea's plan to procure Global Hawk is facing strong opposition from Russia, according to daily Dong-A Ilbo.
Moscow is opposed to Washington's move to revise the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR).
The Global Hawk is considered a Category I system under the MTCR.
