Sioux City officials want retired Air Force colonel promoted
Sioux City's chamber of commerce has written to several members of the U.S. Congress asking them to honorary promote a fighter pilot who served during World War Two, the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
Col. George "Bud" Day left the USAF in 1973 as one of its most decorated officer in history.
