Upgraded Russian IL-38 aircraft still lack missiles, bombs
India's Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) has rapped the India Navy for spending Rs 269.37 crore on upgrading five IL-38s and only two aircraft has been delivered so far.
The two aircraft are without essential avionics and weapon systems also.
