U.S. Embassy: F-16s crossing into Turkish airspace appears to be inadvertent
The U.S. Embassy in Turkey said two U.S. F-16 fighter jets have inadvertently crossed into Turkish airspace over the border with Iraq last Thursday.
The incident came to light after the Turkish military reported the incident on its Web site Sunday.
