USAF's Deptula Calls for ISR Investment Shift
Lt. Gen. David Deptula, the USAF's deputy chief of staff for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, said the Pentagon should shift much spending from weapons to sensor platforms.

But he stressed that fifth-generation F-22 fighter jets are still needed.
