Air Force toughens tanker talks
Boeing and Airbus will have to offer a fix price for as many as 80 aircraft for the U.S. Air Force's new aerial refueling tanker competition.
The move will put pressure on Boeing as Airbus is willing to lower its prices in order to secure the contract.
