Remember the kid who got
ejected from his CT156 Harvard ll turboprop trainer while preparing to taxi in April? The CAF Directorate of Flight Safety has released its findings.
Apparently his communications cord tangled in an ejection seat handle and it inadvertently triggered the ejection.
