Irritated US State Department delaying advanced arms sale to Taiwan: report
The U.S. State Department has asked the Pentagon to block the sale of P-3Cs and Patriot missiles to Taiwan to warn President Chen Shui-bian against holding a referendum on Taiwan's entry into the United Nations.
