Russian Investigators Suggest Missile Incident Staged
The Russians are saying that evidence of the Aug. 6 missile incident were fabricated and the incident staged.
Russian air force chief of staff Lt. Gen. Igor Khvorov showed a daily report by a Russian military air controller who claims that there has not been any flight in the direction of Georgia.
