Surging Oil Prices Hit Pilot Training
The Korea Institute for Defense Analyses reported that skyrocketing oil prices are preventing RoKAF combat pilots from undergoing the minimum 160 hours flight training required to maintain their aircraft maneuvering skills.
The current training time is only 134 hours.
