U.S. suspended supply of Aegis parts over leak
The Yomiuri Shimbun reported Friday the Washington has suspended the upgrade of JMSDF Aegis destroyer Kongo due to concerns about security leaks by the Japanese.
Kongo is being upgraded for ballistic missile defense and the software, parts and manuals needed are being held back by the U.S. in July.
