我向美保證 不會用雄二Ｅ挑釁 China Times reported Friday that Taiwan has promised the United States that it will not use the Hsiung Feng 2E cruise missile against China.

The agreement was reached with U.S. State Department and Pentagon officials during the U.S.-Taiwan defense conference in September.
