France to rejig arms sales after Rafale flop
French President Nicolas Sarkozy has decided that France's military export system is faulty and must be changed "from top to bottom and left to right." The decision was made after France lost a bid to sell Rafale fighters to Morocco.
The changes are likely to be announced with the presentation of a new defence white paper in March.
