How Israel Whacked Syria: Part Two
According to David A. Fulghum, several new Israeli technologies were employed in the strike of a Syrian facility in September.
This includes the Ofeq-7 satellite that was launched in June and Litening targeting pods that provided EO images which are then matched with satellite photos taken by the Ofeq-7 by the F-16I mission computer.
Finally the Spice missile used in the strike use the image for scene matching for precision targeting.
