Russia, India to discuss fifth-generation fighter on Nov. 15 Sukhoi's CEO Mikhail Pogosyan will meet Deputy Indian Defense Minister Kanwar Singh today for talks on the fifth-generation fighter both countries are developing.

Both are expected to discuss issues on timeframes and financing.
