French Minister Casts Doubt on New Aircraft Carrier
French Defense Minister Herve Morin told Europe 1 radio and the TV5 Monde television channel that plans to build a second aircraft carrier with Britain is "difficult."
Morin said President Nicolas Sarkozy will make a decision soon.
