Taiwan sends official to discuss F-16 sale with Obama team
An official from Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense was recently sent to Washington D.C. to discuss the sale of F-16C/D fighters with incoming U.S. President Barack Obama's team.
The article says Taiwan has information that China will complete its first aircraft carrier in 2015 and the F-16s and 8 submarines are needed to counter the carrier.
