Delivery of S-300 denied
Moscow on Monday refuted an Iranian lawmaker's statement that Russia has agreed on the delivery of the S-300 missile system to Iran.

"The information on the delivery of S-300 air-defence systems to Iran, which has appeared in certain media outlets, does not correspond to reality," Russia's military-technical cooperation agency said in a statement.

Iran's Foreign Ministry also will not confirm or deny the statement by the Deputy Head of the parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission.

"The Foreign Ministry has not yet received anything final in this regard, therefore I can neither confirm nor deny this agreement," Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hassan Qashqavi told reporters.
