Gripen not out of Indian competition
Saab has denied a media report that its Gripen fighter will not participate in field trials for India's Medium Multi-Role Combat Aircraft (MMRCA) competition.
A local daily said the fighter didn't make the grade with the Indian Air Force’s Technical Evaluation Committee.
