Syria builds missile site over nuke reactor ruins
Diplomats say Syria has revealed that it has built a missile facility at the site which was bombed by Israeli warplanes in September 2007.

The diplomats said that the new facility at the Al Kibar site appeared to be either a missile control center or an actual launching pad.
